Since 1991, Radon Solutions, Inc. has provided radon solutions for homes and businesses in the Shenandoah Valley and Central Virginia region. Established in 2002 by owner, Dan Pickett, Radon Solutions, Inc. has grown to be a full-service Radon Reduction contractor. Our success is built on our ability to satisfy home buyers, sellers and agents with speedy estimates and installations that will not delay real estate transactions or interfere with closing dates. All of our work is backed by our Transferable 10 year warranty.

Radon Solutions, Inc. Warranty:

Radon Solutions, Inc. guarantees to reduce the radon level to below 4pCi/L or less for the price quoted.
We also guarantee that the system will maintain a level of 4pCi/L or less for 10 years from the date of installation, providing there are no changes or modifications to the home, and the fan is operating correctly.

This warranty will transfer with the property. The warranty does NOT include the fan, which is covered by a separate manufacturer’s warranty for a period of five years.

Typically I will schedule a time that works for you to come out for an estimate. We are very flexible and work hard to schedule estimates quickly if needed, most estimates can be done within a day or two after the call, and for clients selling their home we understand time is of great concern and will attempt to get estimates done the same day if needed.
