Radon Solutions, Inc. Warranty:

Radon Solutions, Inc. guarantees to reduce the radon level to below 4pCi/L or less for the price quoted.

We also guarantee that the system will maintain a level of 4pCi/L or less for 10 years from the date of installation, providing there are no changes or modifications to the home, and the fan is operating correctly.

This warranty will transfer with the property. The warranty does NOT include the fan, which is covered by a separate manufacturer’s warranty for five years.

A Word From the Owner

When you call, we will discuss your mitigation needs and try to answer any questions you may have. We will schedule a time that works for us to come out for an estimate. Often, we can discuss a system simply by looking online at real estate photos of your property. We are very flexible and work hard to schedule estimates quickly if needed. Most estimates can be done within a day or two after the call, and for clients selling their home, we understand time is of great concern and will attempt to get estimates done the same day if needed.
